Process

  • SETTING THE LINE AND CARRYING THE BOARD IN POSITION

Place double lines of board thickness up and down the axes of installed wall board

Carry the panel to the side of wall according to the requested specification.

Using hand-held electric saw, cut freely according to the specification of wall.

  • SIZING

Spread polymer mortar on one tenon side casually.

  • INSTALLATION

Carry the panel to the installation place, making it fit close, and let the polymer mortar squeeze out into full and fixing it with a chock temporarily.

  • CORRECTING, FIXING

Use a guiding rule of two meters or longer to check vertical and horizontal correction, then using a 6 mm or 8 mm reinforcing steel bar and use the construction sealant to fix.

  • GROUTING AND FILLING STARCH

Fill and  stick the corrected wall panel with polymer mortar, filling the big gap with pea gravel concrete.

Clean dirt out of each cement gap and stick anti-crack tape.

  • INSTALLING ELECTRICAL WIRES AND SWITCHES

Setting lines on the places needing to be set with concealed wire and switch box, then cut a grove by handheld electric saw, filling with polymer mortar after installation.

Preparing a door and window hole on the installed wall, anchoring by the sprint or lines.

Scar putty power directly without plastering on the installed wall, then brush coating and stick wall paper.

Stick ceramic tile or other wood facing panels casually without plastering on installed wall.

  • ELECTRIC APPARATUS INSTALLATION

Install light, furniture, air-conditioners casually on installed room, nailed or hanged.
